Here are three rules for good business writing.
下面是优秀商业书信的三条写作原则：
1，Don't use a long word, if you can use a short one.
能用短词则不用长词；
2, If you can remove a word, always remove it.
能删掉的词一定不保留；
3, Don't use the passive, if you can use the active.
能用主动语态就尽量避免被动语态。
